Rights and duties

This theme brings together the fundamental rights guaranteed to every person (dignity, safety, freedom of expression and its limits, equality, protection of persons) and the obligations binding on everyone living in France, whatever their nationality: respect for the law, schooling and tax obligations, respect for others and for the environment. It is also one of the themes the exam's situational questions are drawn from.
